1. Shipping

We ship our products using reputable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination address. We offer both domestic and international shipping options.

2. Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your package. We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout, however, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Please note that some products may have longer lead times due to customization or production requirements.

3. Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, some products may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations based on the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible if the order has already been shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
